### What is HiFY?

HiFY brings together a global community in pursuit of quality lifestyles and healthier living.

HiFY stands for Health in Food & You: health comes from what we eat, and from each of us.
It is not simply a dinner, but a celebration of a new awareness of healthy living, a reflection of the growing consciousness and commitment to embracing healthier ways of life.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of The Meadow at Gardens by the Bay, HiFY blends healthy living with the joy of celebration.

Strangers become friends and friends create memories that last a lifetime. A magical evening awaits: an extraordinary convergence of healthy culinary art, uplifting music and genuine warmth!

### Why HiFY?

The HiFY Concept: A Night That Matters

At its heart, HiFY is an inclusive, healthy lifestyle experiential event. We believe that even a single night spent in the presence of a conscious, supportive community can spark a lifelong transformation.

![HiFY dinner experience](https://fsu.creght.com/site/2087788235005628416/1788309649751__1.png?w=1920&fmt=webp)

To us, a healthy lifestyle rests on five elements: Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Emotional Management and Cognition. HiFY celebrates the whole picture, beginning with the food on the table and the people around it.

Healthy living should never be a lonely pursuit. It should be a joy we share together. Through a healthy dinner shared by thousands of guests, the HiFY Dinner 2026 will show that nutritious food can also be delicious. Live music runs through the evening, reminding everyone that a healthy life is worth celebrating.

The evening is also a seed of health: what begins at one table can grow into healthier habits for families, friends and whole communities.

#### The Champions of HiFY: HLCC Ambassadors and the Wellness Community

The reputation and spirit of HiFY are upheld by our HLCC Ambassadors, together with everyone who cares about healthy living.

As advocates of ILEA's mission and vision, HLCC Ambassadors lead the way in bringing HiFY to their communities. Tickets are on public sale online, and you are equally welcome whether you come through a friend's invitation or discover HiFY on your own. Every guest steps into an atmosphere built on trust, shared passion and genuine connection.

“A healthy lifestyle community, even for just one night, creates ripples that last a lifetime.”

#### What ILEA Wants the World to See?

Through HiFY, ILEA hopes to show what wellness culture can truly be, helping more people move from knowing about healthy living to truly living it. We want the world to see HiFY not as a fleeting party, but as:

1\. A Flagship Celebration of Modern Wellness: Where healthy living is not restrictive, it’s elegant, delicious and deeply social.

2\. A Catalyst for Human Synergy: Leveraging technology and education to bring people together in real life.

3\. A Warm and Inclusive Space: A thoughtfully crafted, high-quality experience, warmly open to all who seek genuine community.

### What to Expect?

Eat · Music · Love
The Core Pillars of HiFY
Healthy Food, Healthier You.

It starts with the food: a wholesome menu by Lavish that shows healthy eating and real enjoyment belong at the same table. Music carries the evening, and the love shared around the table is what makes healthy living last.

HiFY Dinner 2026 \| Shaping a Healthier Future Together

A celebration is made extraordinary by the people it brings together;
a shared vision grows stronger through those who walk the journey together.

On the evening of 4 October 2026, The Meadow at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore, was transformed into a canvas of white. Thousands of guests, elegantly dressed in white, gathered under the setting sun to enjoy wholesome cuisine, experience the magic of music, and celebrate an occasion dedicated to health, compassion and wellbeing.

2026年10月4日傍晚，新加坡滨海湾花园（Gardens by the Bay）的 The Meadow 草坪化作一片白色的海洋。

HiFY was more than a dinner. It was a collective celebration of community, health and positive change. Moving from “knowing” to “doing”, from awareness to everyday action, we took an important step together towards a healthier way of living.

None of this would have been possible without you.

### The Celebration Has Ended, but the Journey Towards Better Health Continues

Health should be more than a prescription to follow. It should become a natural part of the way we live.

We believe that meaningful and lasting change is built on sound knowledge, a supportive environment, genuine companionship, and the encouragement we offer one another.

May the values of health and care embodied by HiFY extend far beyond this evening, into every home, every family and every community.

May each small act of positive change add up to a greater collective impact, helping to build a society that is healthier, warmer and more caring; and may love and health continue to flow from one person to another, creating an enduring “Cycle of Love” that brings people together in an ever-growing circle of kindness and support.

Although the celebration has come to a close, our shared journey towards healthier living is far from over.

We look forward to continuing this journey with you, turning healthy choices into lasting habits and care into a source of strength.

Let us take this celebration as a new starting point and work hand in hand towards a healthier, warmer and brighter future for all.

You can update the names of your table guests until one day before the event.

### About the HiFY Music Experience

7questions

06What does the HiFY Music Experience Pass include?

The HiFY Music Experience Pass is SGD 68 per person and admits you from 7:45 PM to the HiFY Music Experience, which begins at 8:30 PM with live performances by Neo Japanesque, DJ Tinc and Belle Sisoski running through to 10:40 PM. Dinner is not included.

07Can I enter earlier?

Music Experience Pass holders may enter from 7:45 PM. Entry is through the same two entrances as all guests: one from the Bayfront MRT and Supertree side, and one from the Meadow Carpark side.

08Will there be food and drinks?

Dinner is not included with the Music Experience Pass. Hydration stations will be available, and water, herbal tea, a selection of drinks, red wine, champagne and beer will be on sale; cashless payment is preferred. Please drink responsibly and stay hydrated. If you have been drinking, please do not drive; public transport is recommended.

09Where is the Music Experience area?

The Music Experience area is a standing area with no seating provided, though you are welcome to sit on the lawn. Drinks stations will be available nearby.

10Does the all-white dress code apply to me?

Yes. The all-white dress code and flat-soled shoes apply to all guests, including Music Experience Pass holders; high heels are not permitted. With so many guests dancing on the lawn, toes can easily get stepped on in slippers or sandals, so we recommend flat, covered shoes. If you still prefer slippers or sandals, please take extra care and watch your step.

11Any safety notes for the Music Experience?

· While dancing, please give those around you room, and avoid pushing or rushing towards the stage.
· The lawn may be uneven or slippery and it will be dark, so watch your step. Please do not stand on chairs or tables.
· Keep your personal belongings with you at all times.
· If you feel unwell or need help, approach any staff member or volunteer wearing a lanyard, or head to the first-aid point on the west side of the lawn, towards the Meadow Carpark entrance.

12Can I buy a pass on the day?

Yes. HiFY Music Experience Passes remain on sale on Eventbrite on event day, while passes last. You can buy online before you arrive, or scan the QR code at the registration booth at the entrance. Please note that entry for Music Experience Pass holders begins at 7:45 PM.

03

### About Dress Code

3questions

13What should I wear?

Choose an elegant outfit entirely in white or shades of white. White, silver or gold accessories are welcome; cocktail or elevated festive attire works best.
Please wear flat-soled shoes to help protect the lawn and enjoy dancing comfortably to the music.

14Why is there an all-white dress code?

White represents health, unity and equality.
Thousands of guests dressed in white create a powerful collective canvas at The Meadow.

15Can I wear slippers or sandals?

We recommend flat, covered shoes. With so many guests on the lawn, and especially during the HiFY Music Experience when everyone is dancing, toes can easily get stepped on in slippers or sandals.
If you still prefer slippers or sandals, please take extra care and watch your step.

04

### About Food & Drinks

3questions

16Can I bring my own food to HiFY Dinner 2026?

Outside food is not permitted.
Dinner is a six-course communal meal shared by the whole table, with each table selecting either the Nutritious Balanced Meal or the Nutritious Plant-Based Meal at the time of purchase.
As dishes are shared, we are unable to cater to individual allergies or dietary requirements; guests with food allergies are advised to check with us before purchasing.

17Can I bring my own water and drinks?

Outside beverages are not allowed.
Hydration stations will be available throughout the event. A selection of refreshing drinks, as well as red wine, champagne and beer, will be available for purchase; cashless payment is preferred.

18What kind of food will be served?

The menu focuses on vibrant, nourishing ingredients, served as a six-course communal dinner by Lavish (Halal-certified), with dishes placed at the centre of the table for everyone to share.
Each table selects one option for all 6 guests: the Nutritious Balanced Meal (meat and vegetables, with plant-based vegetable dishes) or the Nutritious Plant-Based Meal (100% plant-based, prepared without onion, garlic, scallion, ginger, egg or dairy).
If 4 or more guests at your table are vegan, we recommend the Plant-Based Meal for the entire table.
Selection is confirmed at the time of purchase and cannot be changed after checkout.

24What happens if there is severe haze on the event day?

HiFY is an outdoor garden dinner, so we will keep a close eye on the weather and air-quality conditions before and during the event.
Your health and safety come first. We will keep track of air quality and follow the relevant guidelines and advisories provided by Singapore's official haze information portal: [www.haze.gov.sg](https://www.haze.gov.sg).
If haze levels or weather conditions become unsuitable, the organisers will assess the situation and take the necessary measures based on the prevailing conditions and official advisories.
If you are sensitive to haze or have respiratory concerns, we encourage you to monitor the air-quality conditions and make the decision that is right for you.
